I offer a warm, calm, and nurturing space to listen carefully to your unique ‘story’ with the aim of ensuring that your experiences are heard, valued, and accepted. You are invited to bring your 'whole self' without fear of judgement, and explore whatever is causing you difficulty. You may have a clear idea , or just a sense that things do not feel quite right. I shall work collaboratively with you, and prioritise working alongside you on your goals that you have identified as important to you.
Face to face appointments in Leeds
My comfortable consultation room in North Leeds is a purpose-built space. It is located 3.5 miles out of Leeds city centre and is within easy reach of Headingley, Moortown, Alwoodley, Roundhay, Shadwell, Adel, Chapel Allerton, West Park, Meanwood and surrounding areas. There are good travel networks, plenty of on-street parking, and major bus routes close by.
Online appointments
Online appointments are available if you are based elsewhere in the country, and for your convenience when there may be difficulties attending an in person appointment. An on-line platform is used for these which is available to download and use free of charge.
free 20 minute
introductory session
The therapeutic relationship is a major part of therapy work and so l offer a free 20 minute introductory session to see if you feel that l am the right therapist for you and so that l can establish whether l am the right therapist to be able to meet your needs.
50 minute therapy session
A 50 minute session is £55. Fees should be paid before the time of the appointment .
concessionary rates
I have a limited number of concessionary places for people experiencing financial hardship.
